Abstract Submission Guidelines

The maximum word limit for the abstract is 250-300 words.

Please download the abstract template and follow the format carefully.

Your submission should be submitted in English.

We encourage you to send informative abstract (complete abstract) which is a compendious summary of a paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.

Please send in a brief biography together with the Abstract.
Note for authors:
Please note that contributions will only be published in the CRGW-23 Symposium Proceedings if at least one of the authors of the paper is registered before August 10, 2023
Mode of Presentations
Each participant can be participated in this unique event in following three modes of presentation
Oral Presentation
Each presentation will last 15-20 minutes and will be presented in parallel thematic sessions. You will be informed of your session reference and the time of your presentation about 3 weeks before the event. If your personal circumstances restrict you to presenting your paper on a specific date, please send us an email with your request as soon as possible.
Poster Presentation
Your poster will be exhibited during the conference poster session. Poster sessions will provide an opportunity for authors to display the results and conclusions of their papers. Authors are invited to present their works face to face to individuals and small groups.
Virtual Presentation
If you wish your paper to be published in the Conference proceedings but you are not able to attend the Conference in person, you can register for a “virtual presentation”. Registered virtual authors will receive a copy of the conference proceedings in a USB flash drive, a participation and author certificate and an invoice of the registration fee.
